Great Job Service How should issues be handled after the warranty has expired? 3-D Fire Protection went above and beyond what a "Standard Warranty" would call for. When contacted by Roy Cronacher about a leaking fire sprinkler valve in the mechanical room, 3-D responded to repair the valve quickly (less than a week) and did it under warranty. This type of service is greatly appreciated from all of us at B&B and will not soon be forgotten by Roy Cronacher. Not entirely a coincidence, at about this same time Roy gave a very strong referral for B&B Builders for a spring project in Jackson to a client from Texas. "Plans & Bids" We are in the process of adding a page to our website were all project plans, specs and addendum will be listed. Once this page goes live, we believe this will be an easier way for our subs to access plans for projects out to bid. Bid notices will remain the same as in the past, the only change will be the way in which the plans, specs and addendum are accessed. |
Bid Notice
When you receive a new bid notice, please spend a few minutes reading the "Bid Notice", "Specs", and any "Addendum". Each of these are part of the plans and will often contain information that will effect your bid.
If you have questions, concerns or ideas about our bid notice and bid procedure please contact us.
