"Todd from Summers Plumbing went the extra mile, working an 18 hour day and doing whatever it took to make the needed repairs. And he did it on a project that he did not plumb!"
"Thanks to Mark from Roof Top Solutions for referring several potential clients to B&B!"
"Michael spent his Saturday helping Crawford's with a leaky window and was rewarded with cookies and a tip from Clete and Patty!"
Great Job Experience
Even a leaky window can turn into a positive experience for our clients when we respond promptly and professionally.
"Good morning Gentlemen, we are still dry, the leaky teepee stopped leaking thanks to the efficiency of B&B and Michael. Yea! We are great on the inside however the exterior of this B & B Home has an entirely new look, that only Clete, I and Michael understand. Please let us know when you will be headed in this direction as Clete works most of the week and I also have appointments. One of us would like to be here.
Patricia Trapnell Crawford
"There will be 2 weeks scheduled immediately following the punch walk to complete all items on the punchlist"
Projects to Bid
Dailey Residence - Bidding
Several projects tentatively scheduled for summer. Watch upcoming newsletters and bid notice emails.
Part of the B&B Builders website inludes a list of Our Partners. If you are not on the list and would like to be please contact us about being added.
Insurance is a complicated and necessary part of doing business. Because of the size of our projects we do require higher limits and more specific insurance than most residential contractors. This requirement is not only to protect our client and B&B, but it is also to protect our subcontractors. Who do you think will be named in a lawsuit if/when we have a claim? And who do you think will be held personally responsible when your insurance limits are exceeded?
The best way to insure that your insurance is correct is to send a copy of the contract to your agent. Often you have what we are asking for but your agent needs the specific wording from the contract to get the certificate correct. If there is a problem or question please contact us ASAP.
When you receive a new bid notice, please spend a few minutes reading the "Bid Notice", "Specs", and any "Addendum". Each of these are part of the plans and will often contain information that will effect your bid.
If you have questions, concerns or ideas about our bid notice and bid procedure please contact us.
